everything was excellent, but the lady at the reception desk was absolutely amazing. I arrived around midnight and had not had supper due to airline travel without food on the planes. I just wanted some fruit and she brought me a whole plate! She went out of her way to help me be comfortable.

Excellent staff at the concierge desk, the kitchen and shuttle drivers. There were friendly faces everywhere and I would love to stay at this place again. Plus their cute live turtle and Zen coy fish pond in the lobby were beautiful additions while you wait!

Hotel room was clean, washroom was ok, beds were pretty comfortable. The checkin was at 2pm so that was excellent, and the breakfast was good.

The room was a welcome sight after a long flight. With the easy shuttle from the airport and to the Via Rail station the next day, it made it easy.
