Excellent staff at the concierge desk, the kitchen and shuttle drivers. There were friendly faces everywhere and I would love to stay at this place again. Plus their cute live turtle and Zen coy fish pond in the lobby were beautiful additions while you wait!

Hotel room was clean, washroom was ok, beds were pretty comfortable. The checkin was at 2pm so that was excellent, and the breakfast was good.

The room was a welcome sight after a long flight. With the easy shuttle from the airport and to the Via Rail station the next day, it made it easy.

The location and free shuttles to the airport and train station were super. The restaurant on site and hot breakfast included were great. The quality of the bed, bedding and pillows was perfect. We got a really good night’s sleep.

Great price for the location, and the included airport shuttle was awesome. Took some stress away when I needed somewhere to stay after a missed plane connection.
